Amazing location, exceptional views to the lake and amicable staff. Immaculately clean and beautifully maintained hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Location just next door to the train station by walking taking around 10min walks as well as ferry. Also, directly next to the lake. An excellent stay on vacation.

The location was ideal, with easy access to Croydon's amenities and nearby kids' recreation centers. I also enjoyed the variety of restaurants nearby, such as Pizza Hut and McDonald's. The rooms were a good size and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable environment. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel facilities, including the convenient self-service section and the gym located in the stairwell. In the foyer, I noticed groups of people enjoying their time, creating a lively atmosphere. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.
